Japan plans to issue ¥2.5 trillion of 5-year government bonds with a 2.2% coupon.

Saudi energy ministry said Houthi forces carried out a pre-dawn attack on southern energy facilities early Tuesday, causing fires and temporarily suspending operations at some sites. The assault reportedly targeted an ARAMCO refinery in Abha. Local reports said Abha airport was also struck and explosions were heard across multiple southern areas. This is the third attack on Saudi oil facilities in under 48 hours.

Fuel oil front-month contract extended intraday gains to 2.00%, trading at 3,875 yuan/ton.
