Hubei province will run a 'Golden Autumn' consumption campaign from Sept. 24 to Dec. 31 covering seven categories: dining, lodging, transport, tourism, retail, entertainment and sports. The province allocated 50 mln yuan for consumer vouchers: uploading travel receipts to or within Hubei, or performance/movie receipts, qualifies consumers for up to 300 yuan in vouchers with a maximum 100 yuan discount per transaction. A further 50 mln yuan will be provided to cities via incentive reimbursements to support local shopping and dining coupons, and 100 mln yuan—also via incentive reimbursements—will back city-level invoice-lottery promotions in which single invoices of 100 yuan or more qualify for instant draws.
