At CSC Financial's 2026 Global Investors Conference in Hong Kong on Sept. 8,
chairman Liu Cheng said foreign investors are casting a "real-money" vote of
confidence in China, increasing certainty around capital inflows. He said
China's tech-led push is accelerating new productive capacity and showing
resilience, and that Hong Kong remains the preferred hub for global allocation
to China as its roles as "super connector", "super value-add" and "super
partner" become more prominent amid global shifts.
