At its Sept. 8 half-year results meeting, Silan Microelectronics said it has
completed price adjustments for customers outside the automotive and white-goods
segments. Long-term contract customers represent a small share and the company
will follow up with price discussions when appropriate. The firm reported marked
improvement in its SiC product line and said SiC was excluded from H2 price
adjustments given current supply-demand dynamics.
