On ecosystems, it has set up a full‑chain tech commercialization service linking competition incubation, technical validation and industrial deployment, coordinating research institutes, major labs, large enterprises, universities and innovation competitions to accelerate 0→1 original innovation, 1→10 results conversion and 10→100 industrial scaling.
