RUSSIAN DEFENCE MINISTRY said Russian forces are tightening an encirclement of Ukrainian units in Kharkiv region and have seized Ozerne village. "Eastern" forces are breaching Ukrainian defensive lines and attacking units in Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions. Air defence systems shot down eight guided aerial bombs, three US-made HIMARS munitions, one long-range Neptune cruise missile and 1,185 UAVs.

It estimates domestic localization for storage testers was only about 8–10% in 2025; with overseas vendors’ delivery times lengthening, Dongwu says domestic equipment suppliers could rapidly replace imports after technical breakthroughs.
