A survey of 14 domestic and foreign institutions shows economists’ mean forecast for August 2026 new yuan loans at CNY 382 bln, CNY 208 bln below a year earlier but a clear improvement from July’s CNY -340 bln; the forecast range is CNY 10–600 bln.
