IRNA reports the Tehran metropolitan military region commander said during a special‑operations exercise that Iran has moved beyond defensive and air‑defense postures and is on the eve of launching offensive operations, which adversaries will soon feel. He said Iran is forming strike teams, units and division‑level forces for special and lightning operations, has built rapid-transport and special‑operations capabilities, and is prepared to act quickly anywhere nationwide to destroy the enemy.

At a Sept. 10 State Council Information Office briefing, CSRC Vice Chairman Li Chao said the regulator will raise capital market inclusiveness and adaptability and optimize issuance and listing rules to support the scale-up of quality firms across emerging industries, future industries, upgraded traditional sectors, modern services and new consumption. He said the CSRC will proactively align with global tech innovation and industrial change, and continue to step up work on tech-finance and four other priority initiatives to improve the capital market’s support for new productive forces.
