Speaking at the AI and New Industrialization session of the 2026 Future
Investment Conference during the 26th CIFIT, Zero One Wanwu CEO and Innovation
Works chairman Li Kaifu said AI is shifting from supplying answers to executing
tasks, coordinating workflows and supporting decision-making, with implications
for corporate organization and management systems. He said real transformation
requires senior management to break information silos, reallocate resources and
deploy AI against firms’ most important operational and strategic problems. Li
cited intelligent agents aiding risk identification, evidence collation and
decision quality, but stressed final judgment and legal responsibility remain
human: "AI cannot assume responsibility."
