Two industry sources told Reuters Rosneft's Ryazan refinery stopped operating
after a drone strike on Sept. 6. Primary crude distillation units CDU-6 and
CDU-4 are offline; CDU-6 caught fire. CDU-6 has annual processing capacity of 8
mln t (about 160,000 bpd), roughly half the plant's capacity; CDU-4 is 4 mln
t/yr. CDU-3 has been under maintenance since mid‑May. Sources said repairs to
the damaged units could take several weeks.
