Iraq International Oil Transportation Company (IOTC) has issued a 180-day tender for two oil tankers to transit the Strait of Hormuz.

Chongqing’s draft Action Plan for Developing a Data-Token Economy (2026–2028), published for public comment, proposes creating a data-token trading service platform offering trusted aggregation, unified access, metering and settlement services. The plan calls for layered token products (generic base, industry-specific, scenario-limited), an industrial token zone linked to industry trusted data spaces, and pilots for end-to-end services covering data rights confirmation, registration, pricing, measurement, notarization and delivery. It proposes developing token trading standards and settlement rules, including standardized metering/accounting for model calls and dataset use, and urges SOEs to put data assets on balance sheets and explore token property-right confirmation to form priceable, tradable token asset pools.
