China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) has launched a special
initiative to strengthen firms' overseas antitrust compliance, creating a
legal-education and outreach system and an online overseas antitrust compliance
service platform offering one-stop queries on foreign legal regimes and
representative cases. SAMR published a compendium on antitrust regimes in Belt
and Road countries alongside an OECD jurisdictions guide and will continue
running overseas antitrust compliance training.
