At a Sept. 10 State Council Information Office briefing, PBOC Vice Governor Lu Lei said the "Financial Power" 15th Five-Year Plan has been issued. The plan targets: by 2030, coordinated and effective financial regulatory policy, precise and efficient financial risk control, and sustained improvement in the financial sector's international influence and competitiveness; by 2035, to have basically built a modern Chinese financial system that is highly adaptive, competitive and inclusive.
