China onshore main futures contracts were mixed, with more declines than gains.
Shanghai crude (SC) rallied nearly 9%; low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) and fuel oil
rose over 7%; Europe-bound container freight jumped more than 6%; asphalt gained
over 4%; p-xylene, benzene and PTA were up over 2%. On the downside, lithium
carbonate fell over 7%; platinum dropped more than 5%, palladium over 4%;
Shanghai silver slid over 6%; Shanghai zinc and tin, international copper and
coking coal declined over 3%; SHFE copper and coke fell nearly 3%.
