On Sept. 11, the Haidian District Market Regulation Bureau said it has issued
the nation's first specialized pharmaceutical business license for
intelligent-robot drug dispensing, creating a regulatory compliance pathway for
the new retail format. Robotic pharmacy services are already operating in
residential communities, industrial parks and office buildings, providing
24-hour access to medicines.
