Ukraine said it struck a major Russian oil company refinery in the Volga region. The Ukrainian General Staff reported a fire at the Saratov refinery; damage is being assessed. Kyiv resumed attacks on Russian energy infrastructure this week after a four-day pause during visits by a US special envoy to Moscow and Kyiv for peace talks.
