matching and advance full‑process e‑procurement. The measures promote online
direct procurement, electronic reverse auctions and related procedures to boost
efficiency and transparency in emergency buying. Regions with the capacity may
open dedicated sections on e‑marketplaces to publish emergency item lists and
supply channels.
