On Sept 10 MOFCOM minister RAIMONDO and Seychelles' minister of finance, economic planning, trade and investment Laporte signed an arrangement on early harvest of a China–Seychelles economic partnership agreement; China's international trade negotiator and vice minister Li Chenggang met Seychelles officials and exchanged the arrangement text. Under the arrangement China will apply zero tariffs across 100% of tariff lines for Seychelles-origin products, and Seychelles will further open its market to Chinese goods.
