At the 2026 China Compute Power Conference Xiong'an Forum, the Xiong'an
International Integrated Compute Dispatch Center officially began operations.
The center comprises an integrated compute-dispatch platform and an
international large-model service platform. The dispatch platform targets a
national cross‑regional compute scheduling hub, aggregating heterogeneous
compute resources, linking a compute-flow network and addressing compute
‘islands’; it now covers eight national compute hubs and connects 44 resource
pools across 19 provinces, with total compute capacity reported above 27,000 P.
The international large-model service platform will focus on token-scheduling
services and aggregate mainstream large models to operate as a global
large-model aggregation hub.
