Iran and Egypt foreign ministers met in New Delhi, Tasnim News Agency reports.

At the second-stage BRICS leaders' meeting in New Delhi on the morning of Sept. 13, CHINA proposed five measures to deepen BRICS cooperation: an AI open-source/inclusive initiative; a trade and investment facilitation plan; digital industry cooperation; smart manufacturing collaboration; and a science-and-talent initiative. CHINA urged leveraging BRICS’ link to emerging markets and the Global South, maintaining stable and open industry and supply chains, cultivating an integrated large market, promoting innovation incubators, upgrading traditional sectors and developing emerging and future industries.
