Sept 14 — The China Earthquake Administration’s Monitoring and Forecasting Department said the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC) is in discussions with Apple to expedite integration of earthquake early-warning into the iOS system. Apple users can currently receive the agency’s official earthquake alerts via a WeChat mini-program.

Ahead of the inaugural Canada Investment Summit in Toronto on 14-15, Prime Minister Carney said Canada has reached a new national consensus to take control of its future.
