ANTHROPIC called to slow development of advanced AI models; Elon Musk and other industry figures signaled support. Zheshang Securities analysts say the move will weigh on AI hardware suppliers and large-model developers in the short term, but is medium- to long-term positive for AI application providers and AI terminal/endpoint vendors. Analysts expect continued expansion of AI compute capacity, an unchanged trend toward domestic Chinese compute, and explosive growth in global token usage, which should sharply lift demand for inference compute.

An ExxonMobil top executive said U.S. LNG supply is expected to account for about 30% of global LNG supply by 2030.
