Tianfeng Securities research note maintains timing-based bearish views on gold and silver. Silver staged a mid-week rebound but plunged on Friday, aligning with the firm's timing signals; gold was relatively flat mid-week with only a weak bounce and models remain bearish. With the dollar and US Treasury yields firming on renewed overseas rate-hike expectations, Tianfeng says short-term adjustment pressure on precious metals is likely to persist.
