ISNA reported President PEZESHKIAN said Iran and Oman have agreed on a clear routing framework for the Strait of Hormuz and will finalise it tomorrow. He said Arab foreign ministers will meet in Oman on Monday to agree the routes and notify the international organisation responsible for maritime affairs; the framework keeps routes open under international law, provided the US stops aggressive and unjust attacks.

President Trump said the conflict with Iran will end, possibly before the midterm elections or immediately afterward. He said Iran is very eager to reach an agreement and the U.S. does not care whether Gulf states meet with Iran, calling that their choice.
