At its 2026 H1 results briefing on Sept. 14, Hengyuan Coal & Electricity said its controlling shareholder recently obtained coal exploration rights in Lan County, Shanxi to supply follow-on resources to subsidiary Shanxi Lanxian Changheng Coal & Coke Co. The resources will be integrated and jointly mined with existing mines. The company will monitor permitting and resource-integration progress and, once completed, assess the feasibility of an asset injection; there is no definite asset-injection plan or timetable at present.
