At the open US equities fell: Dow -0.2%, S&P 500 -0.7%, Nasdaq -1.2%. AI giants urged slowing AI development, pressuring AI chip names: NVIDIA (NVDA.O) -3.3%, Intel (INTC.O) -7.0%, AMD (AMD.O) -5.2%. Memory and storage stocks also slid: Micron Technology (MU.O) -6.7%, SK Hynix (SKHY.O) -7.1%, SanDisk (SNDK.O) -5.8%. Oracle (ORCL.N) dropped 5.2% after reports it has launched a new round of layoffs.

港股開盤，恆指開跌0.42%，科指開跌0.69%。人工智能板塊多數下跌，MINIMAX-W(00100.HK)、智譜(02513.HK)跌超5%，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)跌近2%。
