SAMR said it will press large firms that draw frequent SME complaints to rectify via interviews, mediation and coordinated supervision. It warned that, once verified, practices such as obscuring payment‑cutoff dates or using commercial bills and electronic vouchers to effectively extend payment terms will be punished severely under the anti‑unfair‑competition law; complaint channels will remain open.
