Sept. 14 — At the G20 energy ministers meeting in Houston, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced it will repeal the Biden administration's 2024 greenhouse-gas limits on coal- and gas-fired power plants and simultaneously proposed a new rule aimed at eliminating EPA's authority to regulate power-plant climate pollution going forward.
