China's National Healthcare Security Administration introduced a pre-filing system for medical service pricing items to speed the inclusion of newly approved medical technologies and products into billable medical services and fee schedules once they receive formal approval.

Lithuanian authorities said early on the 15th an unidentified drone that entered Lithuanian airspace was shot down by fighters on NATO Baltic Air Policing duty over southern Alytus district. Minutes after midnight the state fire-and-rescue service issued a yellow air threat alert covering Vilnius city, Vilnius district and Trakai district; the alert has since been lifted. Vilnius airport operations and nearby airspace were temporarily restricted. The State Emergency Management Centre said the drone was located near Trakai, NATO fighters were scrambled, and about 30 minutes later the device was reported destroyed. Lithuanian officials said the drone may have come from Belarus but have not disclosed its model, operator or motive.
