China's 2026 Artificial Intelligence Industry Conference will take place in
Jinan, Shandong, Oct 14-16. The event, themed "accelerating AI-enabled new
industrialization," will showcase progress in five areas: indigenous innovation,
application-led deployment, ecosystem collaboration, openness, and security and
controllability. National ministries and research institutes are scheduled to
release a package of deliverables, including assessments of national AI
innovation application pilot zones, 'AI+' high-value scenario case results, and
interim progress on cultivating AI application service providers; organisers
will present a consolidated industry–scenario–entity implementation framework
for China's AI sector.
