Beijing, Sept 15 — NBS spokesman Wang Guanhua told a State Council Information
Office briefing that this year’s industrial-goods price rebound reflects both
international and domestic factors and has helped corporate profitability.
Looking ahead, complex geopolitics create uncertainty for global commodity
prices and imported spillovers warrant continued monitoring. He said China’s
complete industrial system, resilient supply chains, strong energy-security
posture, diversified import channels and ample reserves of key materials should
help absorb external market volatility.
