Beijing time Sep 14 — Korea Exchange (KRX) launched after-hours trading. Regular session remains 09:00-15:30; after-hours trading will extend market hours to 20:00. A planned parallel pre-market session has been postponed to the end of 2027 after the securities industry flagged significant IT development and staffing burdens. KRX said ETFs and ETNs will be excluded from after-hours trading for now due to concerns about market volatility.

On Sept 11 in New Delhi, China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC) chairman Dai Houliang met India's petroleum and natural gas minister Puri to discuss deepening cooperation. Dai said CNPC is willing to implement bilateral leaders' consensus, strengthen communication and coordination, and seek expanded cooperation in oil and gas, new energy and green/low‑carbon areas; Puri said the ministry places high importance on ties with CNPC and, as large energy importers and consumers, India and China will strengthen communication based on existing cooperation.
