Sept 14 — Combined Shanghai and Shenzhen turnover totaled 1.64 tln yuan, down from the prior session and remaining below the 20-day moving average of 1.99 tln yuan for the 18th consecutive trading day. Turnover reflects institutional, hot-money and retail positioning; above the 20-day average signals higher activity and more optimistic sentiment, below it signals waning activity and cooler sentiment.
