Zhejiang Shanzi Holding, a partner in Taiyi Shenglian, is ultimately controlled by Shanzi Gaoke chairman Ye Ji. Taiyi Shenglian is not a Shanzi Gaoke subsidiary and the listed company itself is not participating in the investment.
