BofA CEO Brian Moynihan said on Monday he expects third-quarter investment-banking revenue to decline at least 10%, while sales and trading revenue should be roughly flat. He forecast investment-banking revenue of $1.6–1.8bn versus $2.0bn a year earlier. Moynihan said trading reserves remain ample but warned that higher interest rates could damp some financing demand. He expressed confidence in U.S. economic fundamentals.
