Hongmeng Zhixing said effective immediately AITO will adopt a SERES-led cooperation model: SERES will lead product definition, product design, brand marketing, channel retail and the service system, while Huawei will participate by providing terminal-level enabling technology. Hongmeng Zhixing said all existing AITO user rights and subsequent services will be unaffected; the adjustment applies only to AITO — other Hongmeng Zhixing brands Zunjie, Xiangjie, Zhijie and Shangjie will remain under Huawei-led full-process cooperation.
