Sept 15 — China announced the Pinglu Canal navigation area. The canal’s inland-river section from the start point to the river–sea boundary — from the Pingtang river mouth in Hengzhou, Nanning, to the Qinjiang Bridge on the G75 Lanhai Expressway — is provisionally designated as an 'inland river Class B' navigation area.
