API: U.S. refined product inventories rose 1.607 mln barrels in the week to Sept. 11, vs. market expected +0.827 mln and prior +1.977 mln.

ZEW said on Tuesday its investor confidence index rose to 34.7 in September, below expectations. The current economic conditions index improved to -47.1 from -61.1. ZEW chairman Achim Wambach said growth is still supported by fiscal measures and firmer export momentum, but warned risks remain substantial, citing the Iran war keeping energy prices elevated and adding uncertainty that is weighing on the economy.
