Xiaomi founder and CEO Lei Jun gave the first systematic disclosure of Xiaomi's quality-management system and said that, as of Aug 31 the company had deployed 2,696 test vehicles and logged over 40 million km of road testing across extreme environments — extreme cold, high heat and high altitude — and will continue extensive testing after market launch.
