The 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum opened on the 16th at the Beijing International Conference Center. China's defense minister Dong Jun attended and delivered the keynote. The forum, themed “Consolidating consensus for stability and promoting security governance,” is hosting about 2,000 participants from more than 100 countries, regions and international organisations, including officials, experts and observers.
