He noted Japan's 10-year yield has topped 3% for the first time in 30 years. Malek said: 'When long-term yields of all developed sovereigns reprice together, the market is not judging any single borrower; it is simply remembering what it has spent the past 15 years deliberately forgetting — that lending for ten years is a risk, not a convenience.'
