Hong Kong SAR Chief Executive Lee unveiled the city’s first five-year plan, saying the government will deepen integration with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) and build a global cooperation network. Hong Kong will continue active participation in major GBA platforms—Shenzhen Qianhai, Guangzhou Nansha, Zhuhai Hengqin and the Shenzhen‑Hong Kong Lok Ma Chau Loop—to share infrastructure and industrial resources, pursue complementary and differentiated development, deepen strategic alignment, promote policy innovation and advance construction of major GBA cooperation platforms.
