Ukrainian President Zelenskiy said last night a joint operation by the Security Service of Ukraine, Ukraine’s unmanned systems forces, Defense Intelligence and the Foreign Intelligence Service struck the Yaroslavl oil refinery in Russia. He said the Security Service also carried out a precision strike on a military airfield near Rostov-on-Don, damaging one An-12 transport, two An-26 transports and three helicopters, and reported further successes in the Black Sea.
