Sept 17 — Leapmotor signed an investment intent and a technology cooperation
agreement with two FAW Group subsidiaries: FAW Qixin Power (Changchun)
Technology Co. and China Automotive New Energy Battery Technology Co. Under the
tech pact with China Automotive New Energy, the partners will jointly advance
research and commercialization of next‑generation battery technologies and
standardized cells, focusing on solid‑state, high‑lithium manganese, sodium‑ion
and ultra‑fast‑charge LFP chemistries. They will co‑develop standardized cell
designs and applications and explore battery recycling and overseas supply‑chain
collaboration.
