The State Council Information Office held a briefing on launch of the 15th Five-Year Plan in which the National Radio and Television Administration said it will accelerate high-quality development of broadcasting, television and online audio-visual services during the period. Over the past three years the administration, working with other departments, has made significant progress tackling TV 'nested' charging and complex operational practices; entering the 15th Five-Year Plan it will move from 'dual governance' toward 'dual enhancement' of service and user experience.
