Putin signed an order on Sept. 17 extending the Western agricultural import ban under Presidential Decree No. 560 (2014), moving the expiry from Jan. 1, 2027 to Dec. 31, 2028. The 2014 decree prohibits imports of certain agricultural products and food from countries that have imposed sanctions on Russia, including the United States, the EU, Canada, Australia and Norway. Moscow has repeatedly extended the ban and adjusted the list of covered countries and goods.

Aohong Electronics said on Sept. 17 its Thailand production base remains in product certification and small-volume production. Long customer certification cycles, capacity ramp-up and local supply-chain adjustments mean the plant is unlikely to have a material near-term impact on earnings. The company flagged the PCB market is highly sensitive to macro industrial policy, upstream raw-material supply and downstream demand, and that major external changes could affect future revenue and profits. Aohong warned its share-price gains after five consecutive limit-up sessions have significantly diverged from fundamentals, citing overheating and irrational speculation and warning of risk of a sizeable short-term correction.
