The Central Cyberspace Administration issued a notice to strengthen management
of enterprise-related infringing information and further optimize the business
internet environment. It directs platforms to move controls upstream and
strengthen source management, tighten website and platform content-management
responsibilities, and increase personnel and technology investment. The notice
requires a full-chain regime of pre-publication review, real-time patrols and
post-publication disposal, proactive removal of explicit enterprise-infringing
content, and strict, expedited handling of implicated accounts and MCN firms to
address slow or ineffective takedowns.
