Hainan provincial government will list 5 bln yuan of offshore renminbi (CNH) bonds on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) on Sept 24, 2026. The multi-tranche offering includes a 3-year sustainability bond, a 5-year blue bond and a 10-year bond. This is Hainan’s fifth consecutive year issuing offshore RMB in Hong Kong, reinforcing HKEx’s role in international fixed-income and sustainable finance.
