Property fees: owners and spouses may apply once every 12 months to withdraw funds to pay annual property-management fees for one residence; caps are 3,000 yuan/year for ≤90 sq. m and 4,000 yuan/year for >90 sq. m. Dilapidated-house renewal: owners in Xi'an who meet renewal criteria, plus their spouses, parents and children, may withdraw funds to cover renewal costs up to actual renovation expenses.
