The Yangtze River Delta AI4S compute cluster was commissioned in Shanghai, marking a key step in Shanghai's scientific-intelligence computing infrastructure development. The cluster, built by Shanghai Yidian, Silang Technology and Shanghai Data Port, will provide a domestically controllable compute base for R&D and industrial upgrading in strategic sectors including biomedicine, new materials and new energy.
